MFC is a privately owned company located in Madison, WI, which is home to many high-technology companies,
the research prowess of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and Wisconsin's State Capital. MFC was started
in 2004 by several individuals experienced in the field of wastewater engineering with the goal of developing
innovative, cost effective, and efficient products for the growing $3+ billion wastewater marketplace.
The first product introduced by MFC was the Muni-Disk®
cloth media filter, which offers a new solution for tertiary treatment to municipalities and
industries looking to reduce effluent discharge solids using efficient and mechanically simple equipment.
MFC has partnered with several local and national fabricators & suppliers to produce products that are
efficient, cost effective,

and reliable. This collaborative effort has
produced a product that is easy to build, easy to maintain, and efficiently designed
for simple manufacture, assembly, and disassembly. Most components are engineered to be replacable with
standardized coponents, limiting initial costs and reducing replacement hassles. All components are made in
the USA.
