MFC has demonstrated its full-scale, 4-element unit at several locations throughout the U.S., including WI, OH, VA, NC, & TX.
The full-scale unit has a 600gpm (0.8 MGD) average flow capacity and is currently available for pilot testing,
temporary filtering service, or demonstration throughout the U.S.
|
Several smaller pilot scale systems are available for preliminary performance testing & demonstration. Flows range from 0.5gpm
Bench-scale systens to 20gpm free standing pilots. These smaller systems are perfect for testing of odd or irregular
waste types or solids loadings.

MFC's full-scale, 4-element filter was operated succesfully at Madison, WI's Metropolitan Sewerage District from
April 2006 through October 2007. A sidestream of 0.6-0.8 MGD was treated to reuse quality levels.
Effluent TSS was consistently below 4 mg/l with several grab samples below detection limits of 1.1 mg/l. Turbidity, measured
as NTU, was also significantly reduced to below 1.5 NTU, with the majority of samples reduced to sub 1.0 NTU
levels.
